The exercise focused portion of movement is here! There is no way around it. For faster results adding exercise as a form of movement is the way to go. We do not want you to overdo it or focus heavily here and then lay around the rest of the day! This is for those that want to kick it up a notch!

Custom Exercise Videos: choose between 15, 30, 45, and 60 min duration. These are created upon ordering and are unique & customized to be bio-individual. Some like yoga, some like kick boxing. These videos will be what your body wants and needs based on your likes and your fitness profile!

In Person Exercise: choose between 30, 45, and 60 min duration. Take the custom exercise videos to in person one-on-one sessions! The benefit of this option over videos is an in person health coach to guide your body positions, postures, techniques, etc. to reduce the likelihood of injury and increase your success!

Exercise Planning: have a busy schedule and do not see how exercise can fit in? Let Simply You take your schedule and find ways to work in mini exercise sessions that can be done at work, at home, on the go, and more! Tailored to your specific schedule! $60+ prices vary based on length of planning needed.
