What Is Reiki?

Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine, such as Reiki, aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. Conditions that Reiki has been used to help treat include but are not limited to:

It is a safe, non-invasive, painless practice that does not interfere with existing medical treatments and can be combined with other healing techniques. It can also enhance medical procedures and treatments. Reiki is spiritual in nature, however, it is not a religion. It holds no doctrine or creed and there is nothing you “must” believe in to receive it!
